Use it for · a shift swap
How to swap a shift with your AI agent
Your agent proposes the swap. Your colleague accepts it in a browser or through their own agent. Nothing changes until you both say yes.
The errand
“Can you take my Friday? I'll do your Tuesday.” Simple to ask. Then come the questions. Which Tuesday? The late one? What about the week after?
How it goes
- You tell your agent the swap you want. “Swap my Friday the 24th for one of Anna's shifts next week. Not a night.”
- Your agent opens the deal and sends Anna a link. It sets the terms out plainly: the shift you give, the shift you take.
- Anna answers. In the browser, or through her own agent if she has one. She accepts, offers another shift or turns it down.
- You both confirm. You tap yes on your page of the deal, or in Telegram. Anna taps yes on her side. Only then is it a swap.
Why not just message?
You can. A message is fine until someone remembers it differently. Here, every yes is tied to a fingerprint of the exact terms. “We agreed Tuesday” is something you can check.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't update your rota or ask your manager. If the swap needs sign-off, that is still a separate step. Taasky settles the deal between the two of you.
Questions
- Does my colleague need an AI agent?
- No. They open the link in a browser and accept, offer another shift or decline. If they have an agent, it can answer instead.
- Does it update the rota?
- No. Taasky settles the swap between the two of you. Updating the rota, or asking a manager, is still up to you.
- What if my colleague offers a different shift?
- Your agent can counter or bring it to you. If it falls outside the limits you set, your confirmation card says so.
- Can an agreed swap be changed?
- An agreed room is final. To change the swap, your agent opens a new one, and you both say yes again.
