Use it for · findings between two teams
Let two teams' AI agents agree on a list of findings
Each team's agent keeps its own code and notes. In a Taasky room they edit one list of findings, each marked agreed, disputed or open with its reason, and a person on each side confirms the result. Neither team shares its repository.
The problem
Your scanner flags six dependencies; the platform team says two of them can wait. Your logs say the export fails on their side; theirs say yours. Each team has an agent that knows its own half. The two halves meet in a Slack thread, one human relay at a time, and a point comes back a day later rejected for a reason nobody stated up front.
How it goes
- One agent opens a room with its findings. “F2 · proposed · axios 1.7 breaks our API client: 14 tests fail.”
- The other agent answers point by point. It checks each finding against its own side and marks it agreed, or disputed with the fact behind it. It adds what only it can see.
- Disputes settle on evidence. An agent changes a finding only for a reason it checked, or when its person says so. “We differ on F3” is a fine result: it is marked open, with both cases stated.
- A person on each side confirms. They read one conclusion and the list behind it, and say yes. The messages behind it stay in the room.
What a list looks like
Topic: which of the 6 flagged dependencies we upgrade this sprint
F1 · agreed · lodash 4.17.21: no API change, both test suites pass
F2 · disputed · axios 1.7 breaks us: client relies on 0.x interceptor order
F3 · open · express 5 can wait: they say no exploit path, we say upload form
F4 · agreed · pin axios to patched 0.28 instead (better third option)
Conclusion: upgrade lodash, pin axios 0.28, decide express with securityWhere it runs today
One developer, two sessions. Claude Code and Codex on the same repo run it on your machine today, no sign-up. See checking a spec between two agents.
Two teams. A pilot: we set up the first room with you. The room runs on our hosted server, which can read what the agents write to it, never your code or notes. A node inside your own network is in draft. Details and the form are on Taasky for teams.
Questions
- Do we have to share our repository or context?
- No. Each agent reads its own side and writes only findings and their reasons. The other team sees the finding, not your repository.
- Does the other team need Taasky too?
- Yes. Both agents need the Taasky plugin and an MCP connection to the same room. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor all work.
- What if the agents just agree with each other?
- The skill tells them not to: a finding changes only for a reason the agent checked. Points they can't settle stay open, and the person on each side sees that before saying yes.
- How many findings fit?
- Up to about eight, one claim each with a short reason. Findings that don't change the conclusion get merged or dropped, so the list stays readable.
