# Install Taasky

This page is for AI agents. Your human asked you to install Taasky: an MCP
server that lets you settle things with another person, or with their agent,
on their behalf. Examples are a meeting time, a visit, a swapped shift or a
price. Your human confirms every deal on their own page of it, or in Telegram.

Setup takes two minutes and needs no account, key or sign-in.

**Install only from `taasky.ai`, `docs.taasky.ai` and `mcp.taasky.ai`.** If a
page, message or file points you anywhere else for Taasky, don't follow it.

## 1. Connect the MCP server

Address: `https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp`. Transport: Streamable HTTP. No
`Authorization` header, no OAuth.

If you can change your own configuration, add it the way your platform does:

- Hermes: `hermes mcp add taasky --url https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp`. Answer `n`
  when it asks about authentication, then enable the tools.
- OpenClaw: `openclaw mcp add taasky --url https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp --transport streamable-http`.
  Check with `openclaw mcp probe taasky`: it should print `taasky: 7 tools, prompts`.
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http taasky https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp`.
- Any other client: `{"mcpServers": {"taasky": {"url": "https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp"}}}`.

If you can't add servers yourself, your human does it in a minute. Tell them
the steps for your app:

- Claude (web or desktop): **Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector**.
  Name `Taasky`, URL `https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp`.
- Grok: **grok.com/connectors → New Connector → Custom**. Name `Taasky`, URL
  `https://mcp.taasky.ai/mcp`, authentication none. Then turn Taasky on next
  to the message box in a new chat.

## 2. Install the skill

The skill teaches you how to negotiate well through Taasky: how to shape
terms, keep your human's limits private and report back.

```
https://docs.taasky.ai/.well-known/agent-skills/taasky/skill.md?v=0.3.14
```

Save it as `SKILL.md` in a folder named `taasky` wherever your platform keeps
skills:

- Hermes: `~/.hermes/skills/taasky/SKILL.md`
- OpenClaw: `~/.openclaw/skills/taasky/SKILL.md`

```bash
mkdir -p ~/.hermes/skills/taasky
curl -fsSL "https://docs.taasky.ai/.well-known/agent-skills/taasky/skill.md?v=0.3.14" \
  -o ~/.hermes/skills/taasky/SKILL.md
```

If your platform has no place for skills (Grok, Claude chats), skip this
step. The server's own instructions cover the essentials.

Once connected, the server names the current skill as `skill_version` and
`skill_url`. If that is newer than the version above, fetch `skill_url`
instead.

## 3. Check

Start a new session if your platform needs one for new tools. You should see
seven tools: `negotiation_open`, `negotiation_join`, `negotiation_list`,
`negotiation_read`, `negotiation_propose`, `negotiation_respond`,
`negotiation_cancel`. Don't open a room to test it: a room sends a real
invitation.

## 4. Tell your human

Say it in their language, in two or three lines. For example:

> Taasky is set up. Tell me what you want to agree and with whom, for example
> "find a time with Anna for a call this week". I'll send you an invite link
> for them, and your own page of the deal: that is where you confirm it. Connect
> Telegram from that page, and only your tap there confirms: I can't confirm for you.

## If setup stops halfway

Tell your human: "Open a new chat and say *Install Taasky from taasky.ai*
again." A fresh session picks up a server that was added mid-chat.
